Kew 02 – Danielle & Tony
I recently undertook a major renovation at our home in Kew and engaged Grand Exteriors to do the work. It was the first time we had undertaken a project of such size and scale and was nervous given the various stories you hear about builders regarding overruns on costs, delays and general quality of work. I have to say that our project went as well as we could have imagined. Bruce, Shane and their team helped enormously in the design and planning phases and when it came to delivering, they hit every timeline they had committed to, did fantastic quality work and came in one budget.
Throughout the course of the build, I was pleasantly surprised in how accessible Bruce and Shane were, how pleasant they were to deal with and most importantly, how reliable they were. The end result was brilliant – so much so that our outdoor living, pool and spa area has been featured in a number of outdoor living magazines.
I was so pleased with the team that they also went on to build a full, double story house renovation which was also completed in the same manner in terms of quality, cost and timing. I would highly recommend Grand Exteriors – it has been an absolute pleasure in working with them.

We conducted a huge backyard renovation from January to May 2015. They were one of the companies initially recommended by our landscape designer and we first met Bruce in late 2014 when he came around one evening to tender the project. From the initial meeting right through to the project’s completion we found Bruce to be open, honest and a good communicator.
The project had many moving parts with multiple sub-contractors and materials. We also required soil samples, engineering reports, trial digs and council permits which were all coordinated seamlessly and efficiently.
They managed the project brilliantly and with his background in engineering, he was able to suggest some changes from the original design that were well thought out and cost effective.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Grand Exteriors.
